Master Karen on TV

Master Karen Klock-Perez was performing on Minuto de Fama (Minute of Fame) a local TV channel, where she was performing one of our Black Belt Form (Beauty of Mexico) to the music Granada.  We are proud to have such a talented Master Instructor in our school.  Her enthusiasm to teach is an inspiration to our students.  Well done Master Karen.

Spring Break Camp

Better Families Through Tae Kwon Do Spring Break Camp is a success with our Parents and Students.  The dates of this year’s camp is from Monday, March 14 through  Friday, March 18, 2011.  From 8:30 am to 3:00 pm your child will be entertained with fun games, Martial Arts Training, Field Trips and much more.  Enrollment is open and applications are available at the front desk.  Space is limited if you would like to reserve a spot please call us at 305-663-1882.  See you at Camp…

Friendship Tournament

Our past Friendship Tournament here at Better Families was a great success.  Students’ performances were superb.  Congratulations to all the winners!  Special thanks to Unlimited Power Through Martial Arts of Fort Lauderdale and Ultimate Academy of Martial Arts of Kendall for making the Tournament a great event.

Graduation

Friday, February 18, 2011 belt graduation at 7:00 pm.  Students with all color stripe will be participating in our next graduation.  If you are missing one stripe to graduate, please see an Instructor to schedule your stripe support class before Graduation.

Make sure all “Intent to Promotes”  and graduation requirements are turned before Graduation night.  All families and friends are welcome to celebrate with you your new belt!!!

BF Friendship Tournament

If you do not have much experience and would like to see how Martial Arts Tournaments and competition looks like, Better Families have an opportunity for you.  On Sunday, February 20, 2011 we are having a friendly tournament for you to gain that experience.  Starting at 9:00 am, we are going to be conducting a fun and competitive tournament for you.  Do not miss this opportunity you could be the next Better Families Champion!
